Monday – Yin Yoga
Prepare your space with a mat, pillow, and blanket. You might want to set the vibe with some soothing tunes — I recommend the Yin Yoga & Restorative playlist on Spotify. Try to clear any distractions so you can fully drop in.
This is a slow, meditative practice where we hold poses for up to 7 minutes, allowing us to move beyond muscles and fascia into the deep connective tissues, joints, and bones. With regular practice, Yin becomes like gym training for your mobility — your body and mind will thank you.
Wednesday – Flow to Restore
Grab your mat, pillow, and blanket. Set the mood with music that fills your body with joy and positivity.
This class blends gentle, flowy movement with deep, static holds. We focus on mobility, flexibility, and calming the mind. It’s a nourishing mid-week reset.
Friday – Hatha
You’ll need your mat — and if you have them, a block or strap can be handy. Choose music that gives you an uplifting energy boost; any Hatha Yoga playlist on Spotify is a great start.
This class moves between dynamic and static postures, rooted in traditional Hatha but sometimes flowing when the energy calls for it. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and balance — the perfect trio for keeping both body and mind vibrant.
