Melt & Expand | 50-Min Yin Yoga Class
Welcome to Melt & Expand — a slow, sensual yin yoga journey designed to soften your edges and open you up from the inside out. This class focuses on deep, luxurious stretches and long holds to help you release tension, expand through the body, and drop into stillness.
Perfect for when you’re craving space, softness, and a deep nervous system reset.
Please note: Due to a little tech hiccup, the camera cut off before savasana. I invite you to take your time here — lie back, get cozy, and enjoy at least 7 minutes of stillness. As you rest, gently breathe in love — love for yourself — and exhale anything that no longer serves you. Let it all melt away.

In this Hatha-inspired class, we move mindfully with the breath — taking it slow, but don’t be fooled… you’ll definitely feel the burn.
We move through Sun Salutations A & B, build heat in all three Warrior poses, then cool it down with an inversion, a juicy twist, and a grounding forward fold.
Perfect for those days when you want to connect deeply, move intentionally, and still get that satisfying fire in the body.

In this yin session, we’ll hold each posture for around 5 delicious minutes, giving your body the space to melt, soften, and fully release — especially around the hips and spine. Expect long, juicy stretches like Supine Twist (both knees), Cobbler’s Pose, Sphinx with Half Frog, Forward Fold, and of course, a dreamy Savasana to close.
Yin Yoga — Deep Hip & Spine Release
This is one of those slow, sweet, sink-deep kind of classes. In this yin session, we’ll hold each posture for around 5 delicious minutes, giving your body the space to melt, soften, and fully release — especially around the hips and spine. Expect long, juicy stretches like Supine Twist (both knees), Cobbler’s Pose, Sphinx with Half Frog, Forward Fold, and of course, a dreamy Savasana to close.
