A gentle, feel-good morning flow designed to ease you into your Sunday. In your comfiest clothes (yes, pajamas welcome!), we’ll move through slow, stretchy shapes to wake the body and calm the mind. Think soft movement, big yawns, and all the space you need to start your day with intention and ease. Come as you are – sleepy eyes and all.

A feel-good flow that’s all about spinal waves, juicy twists, and full-body mobility. This class blends playful movement with moments of stillness to leave you feeling fluid, grounded, and restored. Expect spirals, rolls, and gentle strength work to unlock your spine and unwind tension.

Expect zero pressure on the lower body — no standing, no weight-bearing on the legs — just spacious, fluid stretches and spinal waves that feel oh-so-yummy.
Perfect for days when you want to soften, rest, and reconnect, this class invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and give your body exactly what it needs — ease, not effort.

Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reset. In this calming breathwork and meditation session, we explored Ujjayi breath to create inner heat and focus, followed by alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) to balance the nervous system and quiet the mind. We closed with 15 minutes of seated meditation to settle deeply into stillness and presence. Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected — one breath at a time.
