Day 20 — Nervous System Reset
A gentle, embodied release for tired minds and tense bodies.
Today’s practice focuses on three simple regulation techniques — shakes, sways, and soft rhythmic movement — all designed to help the nervous system let go, settle, and return to a place of ease.
We’ll shake out stagnant stress, sway to soothe the body’s natural rhythm, and move in ways that help tension melt from the inside out. These practices are instinctive, intuitive, and deeply therapeutic — the kind of reset your whole system thanks you for.
Perfect for overwhelmed days, busy seasons, or anytime you feel “full.”
Simple movements, powerful release.
A soft exhale for your whole self. ✨
Day 18 · Rocking around the Christmas… bed.
Today’s class wasn’t planned.
It wasn’t polished.
And it didn’t start on a mat.
Day 18 is a slow, gentle practice filmed from bed, on a day when I didn’t feel like moving — and chose to show up anyway. This session is an invitation to soften, to breathe, and to release without forcing anything.
With breath at the forefront, we move slowly through small, nourishing movements designed to ease tension and calm the nervous system. No effort, no expectations — just meeting your body exactly where it is.
This is your reminder that yoga doesn’t need perfect conditions.
Sometimes it looks like staying under the covers and choosing care.
Come as you are.
Even bed is enough. ✨
✨Day 16 · Desk Yoga — Move Where You Are🧋
Today’s practice is all about meeting yourself exactly where you are — no mat, no changing clothes, no pressure.
This short desk yoga session is designed to ease stiffness, release tension in the neck, shoulders, hips, and spine, and bring a little movement into your day without stepping away from your space. Perfect for workdays, busy afternoons, or when energy feels low but your body is asking to move.
Think gentle stretches, simple mobility, and mindful breath — all done from your chair or desk.
Because yoga doesn’t have to look a certain way.
Sometimes it’s just about moving, breathing, and remembering your body is still here with you. ✨
Day 16 · Oil Pulling Ritual — A Morning Cleanse 🥥
Today’s practice is a slow, intentional self-care ritual rather than a movement class.
Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that invites you to start the day gently, mindfully, and with care for your body.
In this session, you’ll be guided through how to oil pull and how to turn it into a calm, grounding morning ritual — perfect for winter mornings when we want to ease into the day rather than rush.
All you need is a few quiet minutes, a spoon of oil, and your breath.
✨ Benefits of oil pulling:
Supports oral hygiene and gum health
Helps reduce bacteria in the mouth
Encourages fresher breath
Can support jaw relaxation and facial awareness
Creates a mindful, slow start to the day
A beautiful way to practice presence first thing in the morning
This is less about “doing” and more about tending — a small act of care that reminds you that wellness can be simple, slow, and intentional.
A tiny ritual with a big sense of nourishment. ✨
☀️
Day 15 — Sun Salutations (A & B)
A warm, energising flow to brighten your winter morning.
Today we move through the classical Sun Salutation A + B sequences — steady, rhythmic and breath-led. This practice invites heat, clarity and gentle strength back into the body, perfect for shaking off sluggishness and reconnecting with your inner spark.
Expect a smooth build of warmth, flowing repetition, and that meditative feeling that only sun salutations can bring — where movement becomes breath, and breath becomes ease.
A simple practice, a powerful reset.
Your little burst of December sunshine. ✨
Day 14 · Jingle Bell Yin ✨
This 20-minute Yin practice is designed to gently close the week with clarity and release. Through three slow, intentional shapes, we’ll target key areas of the body that tend to hold tension, inviting stillness where it’s needed most.
Each posture is held with purpose — sharp enough to feel, slow enough to soften. Expect quiet intensity, deep sensation, and the kind of release that lingers long after you roll up your mat.
A short but powerful practice to reset your nervous system, clear the body, and prepare you for the week ahead. ✨
